Manager- Internal Audit (Consulting) Services

Job description

You will be working on a range of tasks, which will include:

• Build and maintain strong/productive relationships with audit clients/management.
• Establish expectations of value/ services to be delivered for the client, managing all financial aspects of client engagements
• Collaborate to plan engagement objectives.
• Understand the client’s industry and recognize key performance drivers, business trends and industry developments
• Conducting timely reviews and providing feedback to team members, lead engagement team sessions, participating in recruiting efforts
• Overseeing engagement economics and managing appropriate resources for efficient engagement models
• Coordinate the work of several teams within given specialization
• Effectively manages the assigned client portfolio
• Participation in meetings with potential clients
• Support and co-creation of MAZARS company culture, cooperation while achieving group objectives

Qualifications

You possess excellent leadership skills, are a team player and are self-motivated. You possess at least seven years of experience in external audits of organizations. You are suitably qualified with an ACA, ACCA or BA Accountancy qualification or equivalent. Advanced knowledge of MS Office, familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local GAAP. You are confident with advanced communication and organizational skills. Possess knowledge in Tax, Consulting and advisory, and Control measures. Experience with the Big 4 is an added advantage.
