Senior Associate - Financial Advisory Services

 Responsibilities

• Analyze historic and current  financial data and statements
• Evaluate financial performance
• Report on financial performance
• Prepare budgets
• Analyze trends and forecasts
• Develop financial models and forecast outcomes for business decision
• Conduct financial due diligence
• Identify opportunities for performance improvement within an organization
• Prepare business plan
• Study specific industry operations and data to predict trends
• Measure financial risk associated with investment decision
• Prepare documentations for startups and existing businesses to raise capital
• Conduct studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models
• Work as a collaborative team player to ensure timely completion of engagements
• Possess a good knowledge and application of IASs/IFRS’s .

Skills

• Proven work experience in corporate finance, financial analysis and planning.
• Ability to develop a good relationship and understanding of clients business
• Experience with statistical and analytical tools
• Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality
• Ability to multitask
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent presentation and reporting skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/HND in Accounting/Banking/Finance/Economics with a minimum of second class upper
• ICAN/ACCA qualification is strongly desired
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
